This procedure is addressed to the members of the Prahova College of Dentists.
The current professional certificate is the document that includes relevant personal data regarding honorability and morality, including the competence with which dentists exercise their profession.

The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the College of Dentists of Romania, through the territorial colleges, in order to guarantee the quality of the services provided and the safety of the patients in relation to it, based on the provisions of art. 512 para. (1) letter d) of Law no. 95/2006 on health reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, art. 1 of the methodological norms approved by H.G. no. 1464/2006 regarding the preparation, issuance and use of evidence of honorability and professional morality of doctors, dentists and pharmacists, as well as of the Decision of the CMSR National Council no. 16/2CN/2019 regarding the preparation and issuance of the current professional certificate. Validity period: 3 months from the date of issuance

The issuance fee is 500 lei according to the decision of the Prahova College of Dentists Council.
