This will include: a) the competition that will be organized, specifying the age category of the participants; b) the city in which it is organized; c) the period of the event; d) the criteria underlying the establishment of national teams; e) the first and last names of the athletes who are part of the national teams, including the reserves who will participate in the competition according to the competition regulations, as well as the other official members of the delegation; f) the proposed performance objectives; g) the categories and amount of expenses financed from the sums provided in the contract concluded between the federation and the Ministry of Youth and Sports, where applicable; h) the categories and amount of expenses made from the federation’s own revenues.*
