The procedure applies within the Secretariat Service for Commissions for the complex evaluation, protection, and special care adapted to the needs of the child with disabilities by classifying them into a degree of disability. The files are prepared by the Services/Offices within DGASPC Sector 1 and are forwarded to the Secretariat Service for Commissions for issuing decisions and certificates for classification in the degree of disability, after the meeting of the Child Protection Commission. The issuance of the Decision and the Certificate of classification in the degree of disability contains identification data for the applicant and beneficiary, the registration number of the complex evaluation/reevaluation report which formed the basis of the recommendations for establishing the degree of disability, the degree of disability, the date of issue of the certificate, and its validity. Each decision and classification certificate in the degree of disability is drawn up in two copies and gives the holder and their relatives specific rights and facilities, according to the legislation in force. It is addressed to families with children with disabilities.
