In case of changes regarding the company's name, changing the registered office or other modifications that do not require the verification of the unit/means of transport on site, a new registration document for food safety is issued, with the same registration number on the date of issuance of the document, without charging a fee.
Upon issuance of the new registration document for food safety, the previously issued registration document for food safety is canceled and withdrawn.
NOTE:
All documents submitted/transmitted as copies must be presented in their original form, for verification/withdrawal, when collecting the new registration document.

If the economic operators are dissatisfied with the result of the request, they may file a complaint within the time limits and under the conditions provided by Law no. 554/2004 on administrative litigation, as subsequently amended and supplemented.
