Details

The purpose of this procedure is to implement, at the internal level, the Methodology regarding the automatic recognition, by higher education institutions, of academic positions in university education obtained in accredited foreign higher education institutions, approved by OM no. 5.922 of December 6, 2016, and to establish the responsibilities of USAMV Iași regarding the obligations it has, according to the aforementioned legal provisions, namely ensuring the methodological framework for evaluating and automatically recognizing academic positions in university education obtained in accredited foreign higher education institutions, in a unified, transparent, and legal context, in close correlation with the provisions of Law no. 200/2004 regarding the recognition of diplomas and qualifications for regulated professions in Romania, with subsequent amendments and completions.

The decision of recognition or non-recognition is issued, following the pronouncement of the final solution, by the Board of Directors of USAMV Iași. Appeals against the non-recognition of the doctoral diploma and the title of doctor in sciences by IOSUD - USAMV Iași must be submitted within 15 calendar days from the receipt of the decision. The answer to the submitted appeal will be communicated, within 5 calendar days, by the management of IOSUD – USAMV Iași. The final decision may subsequently be challenged in court.
