Details

The procedure refers to the authorization of legal entities that install and/or operate cost allocation systems for heating in condominium-type buildings: Applicants must submit documentation prepared in accordance with the provisions of art.7, art.8, and art.10 of ANRE Order No. 53/2017. The documentation submitted by applicants is analyzed by the Authorization Commission for legal entities carrying out activities of installation and operation of cost allocation systems for heating and domestic hot water in condominium-type buildings. Within 30 days from the date of submission of the complete documentation, ANRE decides on granting/refusing the requested authorization(s).
