This procedure is addressed to the members of the Calarasi College of Dental Physicians
The current professional certificate is the document that includes the relevant personal data regarding honorability and morality, including the competence with which dental physicians exercise their profession.

The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the College of Dental Physicians of Romania, through the territorial colleges, for the purpose of guaranteeing the quality of the services provided and the safety of the patients in relation to them, on the basis of the provisions of art. 512 para. (1) letter d) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding the reform in the field of health, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, of art. 1 of the methodological norms approved by H.G. no. 1464/2006 regarding the preparation, issuance, and use of proof of honorability and professional morality of physicians, dental physicians, and pharmacists, as well as the Decision of the National Council of CMSR no. 16/2CN/2019 regarding the preparation and issuance of the current professional certificate.

Validity period: 3 months from the date of issue
The issuance fee is 500 lei
