For concluding a partnership agreement, for the implementation of projects with non-reimbursable funding from European funds and in accordance with the provisions of art. 28 and art. 29 of GEO no. 40/2015 regarding the financial management of European funds for the 2014-2020 programming period, respectively art. 33 and art. 34 of GD no. 93/2016 regarding the methodological norms for the application of GEO 40/2015 regarding the financial management of European funds for the 2014-2020 programming period, this private partner selection procedure was drawn up; it describes the way the partnerships are carried out.

The deadline for analyzing and evaluating the offers submitted by potential partners, preparing the report, and approving it by the president, including publishing the results on the unit's website, will be a maximum of 5 working days from the closing date for the submission of partnership offers.

The deadline for submitting appeals will be 2 working days from the date of publishing the results on the institution's website.
The deadline for analyzing the appeals, drafting the report, and approving it by the president of ANANP, including publishing the results on the institution's website will be a maximum of 3 working days from the deadline for submitting appeals.
