Establishes the principles, methods, criteria, and stages on the basis of which the automatic recognition by A.S.E. of didactic positions in higher education obtained in accredited higher education institutions abroad will be carried out.
Implements OMENCȘ 5922/2016 from December 6, 2016 for the approval of the Methodology regarding the automatic recognition, by higher education institutions, of didactic positions in higher education obtained in accredited higher education institutions abroad.
Categories of persons to whom it is addressed:
Persons who hold a didactic position in higher education obtained in accredited higher education institutions in the member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, or third countries and who wish to have their didactic position recognized in A.S.E.
