The written request of the authorization holder*

The notification submitted by a third party or the finding by ANRE on its own initiative. ANRE may decide to withdraw the authorization(s) in the following situations: a. in the event of the bankruptcy of the holder; this situation is to be notified to ANRE by the authorization holder within 10 days from its occurrence, together with the request for withdrawal of the authorization and documents confirming the bankruptcy; b. in the case where the holder of an authorization suspended by ANRE has not fully and/or within the deadline complied with a corrective measure imposed by ANRE during the suspension; c. in the case where the holder of an authorization suspended by ANRE carries out, during the suspension, activities or works which fall under the scope of the suspended authorization; d. in the situation provided in art. 24^1 para. (1) of the Regulation, in which the economic operator holding the authorization transfers to another economic operator the activity that is the subject of a valid authorization; e. at the justified request of the authorization holder; f. in the event of the loss of rights of the economic operator holding the ANRE authorization; g. after two consecutive suspensions for the reason stated in art.25 para. (4) letter c) of the Regulation.*
