The procedure is addressed to legal entities or authorized individuals (PFA/II) from Romania, European Union member states or European Economic Area states and establishes the conditions for verifying the registered and authorized headquarters for the administrative organization and operational coordination of personnel, upon the request to obtain the operating license to carry out activities of designing, installing, modifying, or maintaining alarm systems against burglary on the territory of Romania. The obligation is established by art. 77 corroborated with art. 26, para. (1) of Annex 1 to H.G. no. 301/2012.
NOTE: Copies of documents issued by public authorities are no longer expressly requested, given the provisions of O.U.G. no. 41/2016 regarding the establishment of certain simplification measures at the level of the central public administration, local public administration, and public institutions, and for the amendment and completion of certain normative acts.

- Curriculum vitae prepared according to the common European template;
- Competence certificate for at least one of the occupations "security systems designer", "security systems engineer" or "security systems technician" for each of the managers, proof of skills being required for the activities for which the license is requested.*
Confidentiality statement of the provider's management and, if applicable, the technical staff for whom approval is requested*
