The membership certificate is granted to pharmacists who, making an express request in this regard, meet the following conditions: they hold an official qualification title in pharmacy, they are not found in any of the cases of unworthiness or incompatibility provided by law, they are medically fit to practice the profession of pharmacist, they have not interrupted the practice of the profession for more than 5 years or have obtained their bachelor's degree in the last 5 years, they have paid the registration fee (the fee is paid into the account of the territorial college, in the amount of 208 lei for persons who enrolled within 1 YEAR of graduation and 235 lei for other persons).
