Details

The procedure is addressed to legal entities or authorized individuals (PFA/II) from Romania, member states of the European Union or the European Economic Area and establishes the conditions for verifying the registered and authorized operating premises for the administrative organization and operational coordination of personnel, upon the request for renewal of the operating license to carry out activities of designing, installing, modifying, or maintaining anti-burglary alarm systems on the territory of Romania. The request for the renewal is formulated in compliance with the deadline provided in art. 87, para. (1) of Annex 1 to Government Decision no. 301/2012. The obligation to verify the operating premises is established by art. 88, para. (1), letter c) of Annex 1 to Government Decision no. 301/2012.

NOTE: Copies of documents issued by public authorities are no longer expressly required, considering the provisions of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 41/2016 on the establishment of certain measures to simplify procedures at the level of central public administration, local public administration, and public institutions, as well as for the amendment and completion of certain normative acts.

- The identity document of the managers of the providing entity (administrator, president of the board of directors, general/executive director who will coordinate the technical activity) showing the person's citizenship and age; - The competency certificate for at least one of the occupations "security systems designer," "security systems engineer," or "security systems technician" for each of the managers, as it is necessary to prove the competencies for the activities for which the license is requested; - The approval granted by the police.*

For each employee carrying out activities in the field of alarm systems, the following must be presented: - The employee's identity document showing the person's citizenship and age; - The certificate of competence for at least one of the occupations "security systems designer," "security systems engineer," or "security systems technician" for each manager, proof of competence being required for the activities for which the license is requested; - The approval granted by the police.*

The completed and signed form is presented for each manager and employee as technical staff, according to art. 29 of the Law.*
