The membership certificate is granted to pharmacists who, by making an explicit request to this effect, meet the following conditions: hold an official qualification in pharmacy, are not found in any of the cases of unworthiness or incompatibility provided by law, are medically fit to practice the profession of pharmacist, have not interrupted the practice of the profession for more than 5 years or have obtained their bachelor's degree in the last 5 years, have paid the registration fee (the fee is paid into the account of the territorial college or at the secretariat, being 208 lei for persons who registered within 1 YEAR of graduation and 235 lei for the rest of the persons).
