This procedure regulates the extension of the validity of urban planning certificates issued by the Maramureș County Institution. The structure that handles the request is the Document Collection Department.

For the extension of the validity of urban planning certificates, the following documents must be completed and submitted to the issuer:

- standard request (Form - model F.7 - REQUEST for the extension of the validity of the urban planning certificate);

- proof of payment of the extension fee

- the original issued urban planning certificate

The request for the extension of the validity of the urban planning certificate must be submitted 15 days before the expiration date of its validity.

The issuance of the urban planning certificate is conditioned by the mailing of the original documents to the issuer's headquarters, if they are not electronically signed.
