Details

This procedure regulates the issuance of urbanism certificates by the Maramureș County Institution. The structure handling the request is the Document Intake Department.

In order to issue the urbanism certificate, the applicant shall address the Maramureș County Council by electronically submitting the following:
- Application for the issuance of the urbanism certificate - form F1;
- Identification details of the property for which the urbanism certificate is requested;
- Proof of payment of the legal fee (copy). Payment can be made by bank transfer to account RO 10TREZ43621330250XXXXX, C.U.I. 3627315, through the Baia Mare Treasury.
- Other documents the applicant deems necessary (optional).
The issuance of the urbanism certificate is conditioned by the submission by post, to the issuer’s headquarters, of the original F1 form, if it does not have an electronic signature.

Form template F.1 – REQUEST for the issuance of the urban planning certificate, in accordance with the specifications regarding its completion, including: identification details of the applicant identification details of the property for which the urban planning certificate is requested, namely locality, cadastral number, and land register number, if the law does not provide otherwise elements that define the purpose of the request.*

Cadastral/topographic plans, highlighting the properties in question, as follows: for properties not registered in the land registry and real estate publicity records: a zoning plan, at one of the scales 1:10,000, 1:5,000, 1:2,000, 1:1,000, 1:500, as appropriate, issued, upon request, by the land registry and real estate publicity office; for properties registered in the land registry and real estate publicity records: extract from the cadastral plan based on the orthophotoplan and land register extract for up-to-date information, issued, upon request, by the land registry and real estate publicity office.*

Receipt for payment of legal fee (copy). URBAN AREA FEE CALCULATION: up to 150 sqm inclusive - 6 lei; between 151 – 250 sqm inclusive – 7 lei; between 251 – 500 sqm inclusive - 9 lei; between 501 – 750 sqm inclusive – 12 lei; between 751 – 1000 sqm inclusive – 14 lei; 0.01 lei/sqm for each sqm exceeding 1000 sqm; ex: 14+0.01 lei/sqm for areas larger than 1,000 sqm; ex: (1360-1000)*0.01+14=17.6 lei; RURAL AREA FEE CALCULATION: 50% of the fee stipulated for the urban area; The resulting amount adds the fee for standard forms in the amount of 3 lei. Payment can be made by payment order in account RO 10TREZ43621330250XXXXX, C.U.I. 3627315, through TREZORERIA Baia Mare.*
