Details

This procedure regulates the issuance of building/demolition permits by the Maramureș County Institution. The structure handling the application is the Document Reception Department.

For the issuance of the building/demolition permit, the applicant shall address the Maramureș County Council by submitting electronically the following documents: - Application for the issuance of the building/demolition permit - form F8;
- urbanism certificate, copy;
- proof of title over the property, land and/or constructions;
- approvals, agreements and the point of view/administrative act of the competent environmental protection authority;
- specialized studies;

- technical documentation - D.T.;

Proof of payment of the legal fee (copy). Payment can be made via payment order into account RO 10TREZ43621330250XXXXX, C.U.I. 3627315, through the Baia Mare Treasury.
Issuance of the building/demolition permit is conditional upon the submission by mail, to the issuer's headquarters, of the original documents if they do not have an electronic signature.

Form model F.8: APPLICATION for the issuance of the construction/demolition permit, signed by the applicant; ANNEX to the Application for the issuance of the construction/demolition permit - The Annex is prepared by the designer of the documentation (individual or legal entity), specifying identification data, as appropriate: - the name and surname of the drafter and the seal is applied - as appropriate; - the name of the company, the name and surname of the representative and the stamp is applied.*

The technical documentation - D.T., consisting of written and drawn parts and completed with identification elements and technical data according to the annex to "Form F.8 - APPLICATION for the issuance of the building/demolition permit" shall comply with the following conditions: a) it is drawn up based on the standard content provided in annex no. 1 to Law 50/1991 and in compliance with the provisions of the specific legislation in the field of construction and installations for construction, architecture, spatial planning, and urbanism; b) it is drawn up by specialized technical teams and signed, under the conditions provided in art. 9 of Law 50/1991; c) it is checked, in accordance with the law, by certified project verifiers.*

Receipt for payment of legal fee (copy). FEE CALCULATION: The fee for issuing a building permit for a residential building or annex building is equal to 0.5% of the authorized value of the construction works. The fee for issuing a building permit for constructions other than those mentioned above is equal to 1% of the authorized value of the construction works, including the value of related installations. The fee for issuing a demolition permit, total or partial, for a building is equal to 0.1% of the taxable value established for determining the building tax, corresponding to the demolished part. To the resulting amount, a fee for standard forms in the amount of 3 lei is added. Payment can be made by bank transfer to account RO 10TREZ43621330250XXXXX, C.U.I. 3627315, through the Baia Mare Treasury.*
