This procedure regulates the issuing of the chief architect’s opinion of the county for constructions representing classified historical monuments or those in the process of being classified according to the law, by the Maramureș County Institution. The structure handling the request is the Document Reception Department.
For the issuance of the opinion, the applicant shall address the Maramureș County Council by submitting electronically the following documents: - Application - standard form;
- urbanism certificate, a copy;
- proof of ownership of the real estate, land and/or buildings;
- approvals, agreements, and the opinion/administrative act of the competent environmental protection authority;
- specialized studies;

- technical documentation - D.T.; - Proof of payment of the legal fee (copy). Payment can be made by bank transfer to account RO 10TREZ43621330250XXXXX, C.U.I. 3627315, through TREZORERIA Baia Mare.
The issuance of the opinion is conditioned on the submission by mail, to the issuer's headquarters, of the original documents, if they do not have an electronic signature.

The technical documentation - D.T.A.C. phase, consisting of written and drawn pieces and completed with identification elements and technical data, will comply with the following conditions: a) it is drawn up based on the framework content provided in Annex no. 1 to Law 50/1991 and in compliance with the provisions of the specific legislation in the field of construction and installation for constructions, architecture, spatial planning, and urbanism; b) it is prepared by specialized technical teams and signed, under the conditions provided in art. 9 of Law 50/1991 and art. 24, para. (2) of Law 422/2001; c) it is checked, under the law, by certified project verifiers.*
