Social assistance is granted based on an application and an affidavit, accompanied by supporting documents regarding the family composition and income earned in the month prior to the application submission by its members. Required documents for the file (in copy): – application and affidavit; – identity documents of the applicants; – children's birth certificates; – marriage certificate or family booklet; – final decision for approval of adoption, foster care of the minor, according to the law; – document proving the applicant's capacity as guardian or curator; – documents proving that a family member is attending an educational institution; – documents proving the classification in the category of persons with severe or pronounced disabilities or degree I or II of invalidity, for those in care; – certificate attesting that they are registered with the county employment agencies or the Bucharest municipality, for employment and that they have not refused a job or participation in services for stimulating employment and professional training offered by these agencies. – net income earned (the month prior to application submission) and supporting documents are those mentioned in the application form (certificates regarding net salary, pension slips, unemployment benefits, state allowance coupons, etc.); In the case of consensual union (cohabitation), considered a beneficiary family, documents regarding the family composition and income for the applicant's partner must also be submitted.*
