Submission of documents for granting home heating aid with solid or petroleum fuels*

By April 30th, the town halls have the obligation to submit the Centralized Situation regarding the beneficiaries of home heating aids with solid or petroleum fuels, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection Constanta. The town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Summary Sheet and Requests with supporting documents.
*Vulnerable consumers fall into the following categories:
a) vulnerable consumers due to income;
b) vulnerable consumers due to age;
c) vulnerable consumers due to health;
d) isolated vulnerable consumers.

The mayor's provisions regarding the granting, rejection, modification, or termination of heating assistance and/or the energy supplement can be challenged according to the provisions of Administrative Litigation Law no. 554/2004, with subsequent amendments and completions.
