By the 5th of each month, city halls are required to submit, based on a bordereau - the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection Tulcea. City halls will upload in the section Required documents - Bordereau and Applications with supporting documents.

In the situation where you are not satisfied with the solution provided, you may submit an Appeal to our institution within 30 days from the date of communication and, if you are dissatisfied with the way the appeal is resolved, you may address the competent court in accordance with the Administrative Litigation Law no. 554/2004, as subsequently amended and supplemented.
