By the 5th of each month, city halls are required to submit, based on a summary sheet - the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the Tulcea County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
City halls will upload in the Required Documents section - the summary sheet and applications with supporting documents.

In the situation where you are not satisfied with the communicated solution, you may submit an Appeal to our institution within 30 days from the notification and, if dissatisfied with the way the appeal is resolved, you may address the court of law under the provisions of the Administrative Litigation Law no. 554/2004, with its subsequent amendments and completions.
