The plan on topographic support targeted by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity, prepared at a convenient scale (1:500; 1:1000; 1:2000), which specifies: the location of all constructions that will be maintained, demolished, or built; the existing objectives and constructions in the immediate vicinity, specifying for each the maximum height; the elevations of the designed and maintained constructions, in all three dimensions (elevations ±0.00; level elevations; placement distances; axes; elevations of sidewalks, alleys, platforms, etc.); the names and intended uses of each building block; pedestrian and car accesses within the premises and buildings, the proposed plantings.*

The architectural drawings will include the main sheets concerning the architecture of each object, drafted at a scale of 1:50 or 1:100, as follows: dimensioned plans of all underground and above-ground levels; roof plans – terrace or pitched roof – indicating the materials used for the coverings; characteristic sections; all facades, indicating materials and finishes; in cases where the constructions are integrated into an existing front, a street elevation will also be presented to show how they integrate into the existing urban fabric.*
