The plan on a topographic support targeted by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity, drawn up at a convenient scale (1:500; 1:1000; 1:2000), specifying: the location of all buildings to be maintained, demolished, or constructed; the objectives and constructions existing in the immediate vicinity, stating for each the maximum height; the elevations of the projected and maintained constructions, in all three dimensions (elevations ±0.00; level marks; placement distances; axes; the elevations of sidewalks, alleys, platforms, etc.); the names and purposes of each building structure; pedestrian and vehicular access routes within the premises and buildings; the planned plantings.*

The architectural drawings will include the main sheets regarding the architecture of each object, drafted at a scale of 1:50 or 1:100, as follows: dimensioned plans of all underground and above-ground levels; roof plans - terrace or pitched roof - indicating the materials used for the coverings; characteristic sections; all facades, indicating the materials and finishes; in the case of integrating constructions into an existing frontage, the street elevation will also be presented to show how they are incorporated into the existing urban fabric.*
