The tax attestation certificate is issued by the taxes and duties department of the Satu Mare commune town hall, at the request of the taxpayer or their notary, respectively their authorized representative, according to the delegation given by the taxpayer. The application form, signed and stamped, is submitted and registered at the Registry of Satu Mare Commune. The application can also be sent by mail, e-mail, or fax.
