According to the provisions of Decision no. 430/2008 for the approval of the Methodology regarding the organization and functioning of the evaluation commission for adults with disabilities, persons who are to submit a file for classification into a degree of disability, at the registry of DGASPC - the Evaluation Commission for Adults with Disabilities in the county they belong to, also need a social inquiry conducted by the specialized social service within the town hall in whose area the person with disabilities has their domicile or residence, according to the standard model provided in annex no. 6 to the Government Decision.
The Harsova Public Social Assistance Directorate is obliged to take the necessary measures to carry out social inquiries at the domicile of all applicants who have their domicile or residence in the territory of Harsova city.
