Details
The procedure establishes the method for issuing the approval for operators in the oil and natural gas sector for the authorization of constructions located in the vicinity of the objectives/systems belonging to S.N.T.P. and administered by CONPET SA Ploiesti, taking into account:

a) ensuring the security and continuity of supply of crude oil, gasoline, ethane, condensate, petroleum products, and natural gas to consumers;

b) ensuring environmental protection and the safety of constructions for individuals and legal entities;

c) ensuring the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of the crude oil, gasoline, ethane, condensate and petroleum products transportation infrastructure, as well as production, storage, transportation and distribution of natural gas.

The provisions of this procedure apply in the case of authorizing construction works, in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, republished, with subsequent amendments and additions.
