The procedure regulates the recognition of the doctoral diploma and the title of doctor in sciences or in a professional field, obtained at accredited higher education or research and development institutions abroad.
The "Mihai Viteazul" National Intelligence Academy (ANIMV) recognizes the doctoral diploma and the title of doctor in sciences or in a professional field, obtained at:
a) accredited higher education or research and development institutions from a member state of the European Union, the European Economic Area and
from the Swiss Confederation;
b) accredited higher education or research and development institutions included in the List of prestigious universities from other states, approved by Order of the
Minister of National Education and Scientific Research, periodically updated;
c) accredited higher education or research and development institutions that are the subject of an international mutual recognition agreement,
concluded at intergovernmental or interuniversity level.
