Issuance of notice for placement of constructions, residences, and enclosures in the area of county roads (without road access to the county road). The documentation for approval will be presented and will bear the original signature and stamp of the designer. Each sheet will have, in the lower right corner, a box containing: the name of the design company that prepared the project, registration number or authorization, as applicable, the title of the project and of the sheet, the project and sheet number, date of preparation, name, position, and signature of drafter, checker, and project manager, in accordance with Annex no. 3 to the Order of the Ministry of Regional Development and Housing no. 839 of October 12, 2009 for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application of Law no. 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, with subsequent amendments and completions. In drafting the documentation, the provisions of G.O. 43/1997 regarding the legal regime of roads with subsequent amendments and completions, Order of the Ministry of Transport no. 1835/2017 for the approval of the Technical Norms regarding the conditions for the design and placement of constructions, installations, and means of advertising in the area of roads, on bridges, overpasses, viaducts, in road tunnels, as well as the arrangement of access roads to public roads, H.G. 525/1996 for the approval of the General Urbanism Regulation, with subsequent amendments and completions, SR 1848/1/2/3 – 2011, SR 1848/7 – 2015, STAS 1848/5-82 regarding road signaling, will be observed.
