Details
The social aid is granted monthly, in addition to the net monthly income of the family or single person, to ensure the guaranteed minimum income. The payment of social aid is provided by the Ialomita County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection, from the budget of the Ministry of Labor and Social Justice.
For the amounts granted as social aid, one of the adult members of the family must perform, monthly, actions or works of local interest for all family members, without exceeding the normal working schedule; failure to fulfill this obligation results in the suspension of social aid payment, and if this obligation is not fulfilled within 3 months from the suspension, the social aid payment ceases.
