The procedure addresses persons who wish to obtain the extension of the validity of the urban planning certificate.
The application is registered at the Secretariat of Slava Cercheza City Hall only after:

- checking the completion of the application according to the form;
- checking the list of required documents and how they are presented;
- checking the identification elements regarding the applicant and the property;
- checking the existence of the applicant's or their legally authorized representative's signature;
- checking proof of fee payment.
The requested Urban Planning Certificates will be sent to the applicant, respectively their legally authorized representative, either by mail or personally based on signature and identification.
