For energy consumption – energy supplement (all year round) – multiple energy sources can be checked and an invoice will be attached for each checked source: -thermal energy – the contract holder's code will be noted -natural gas – the last invoice issued by the supplier should be attached -electricity – the last invoice issued by the supplier should be attached -solid and petroleum fuels (wood) – the corresponding box should be checked The invoice submitted must have the contract holder alive, as the heating aid cannot be granted on the invoice of a deceased person If another person is mentioned on the invoice other than the subscriber, proof of eligibility must be provided with the rental contract, power of attorney, concession, loan for use, etc;*
