Details
Persons classified as having severe disabilities with a personal assistant have the right to be provided with the employment of a personal assistant paid by the local public authorities, in order to facilitate equal opportunities, ensure autonomous living, and promote social inclusion. The Social Benefits and Vulnerable Persons Service is obliged to take the necessary measures to ensure the employment of personal assistants for all persons in need, classified as having severe disabilities with a personal assistant, without any discrimination. The same service also monitors the activity of personal assistants.
To be classified as a personal assistant, the applicant must have their domicile or residence within the territory of Grădinari commune.
