Details
Through this procedure only within the Pentecostal Theological Institute of Bucharest, the doctoral diploma and the title of doctor in sciences or in a professional field obtained abroad are recognized.
The procedure applies to Romanian citizens, citizens from Member States of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and third countries, who have obtained the title of doctor in accredited higher education or research-development institutions from Member States of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, at prestigious universities from other states listed in the List of prestigious universities from other states, approved by the Order of the Minister of National Education no. 5462/2018, or who are subject to an international mutual recognition agreement, concluded at intergovernmental or inter-university level.
The procedure applies only for occupying a teaching position or for occupying a research position within the Pentecostal Theological Institute of Bucharest
Only in the case of temporary exercise, the provisions of Law no. 200/2004 and art. 296 of LEN no. 1/2011 apply directly. Reserved, vacant, or temporarily vacant teaching positions are filled with priority by the tenured teaching staff of the institution or by associated teaching staff.
The exercise of the rights conferred by the status of doctoral supervisor and the occupation of a teaching position in the Romanian education system are carried out in accordance with the legal regulations in force.
