Details
According to HCL 416/2019 regarding the approval of the General Architectural Lighting Plan for heritage value objectives located in Cluj-Napoca municipality, in the protection area of historical monuments, the architectural lighting system must meet a series of technical and light quality requirements. The permit will be requested for construction/modernization works on buildings in the protection area, respectively for rehabilitation of buildings or historical monument objectives, if the rehabilitation/modernization/construction project also includes the installation of an architectural lighting system. An architectural lighting system is understood as any lighting system that contributes to highlighting/showcasing an objective at night, regardless of its purpose.
