Persons able to work who do not earn income from salaries or other activities shall present proof that they are registered with the Territorial Agency for Employment for job placement and that they have not unjustifiably refused a job offered or have not refused to participate in a professional training program / certificate attesting to the loss of work capacity issued by the social insurance expert doctor within the county pension office and other social insurance rights, for persons with chronic disabling conditions who are not insured in the public pension system; medical certificate issued by the family doctor or, as appropriate, by the specialist doctor, for persons with conditions that cause temporary incapacity for work.*
