Details
The allowance for family support is a form of aid for families with low incomes who are raising and caring for children up to 18 years old. The granting of the allowance for family support is aimed at supplementing the income of families in order to ensure better conditions for raising and educating children, as well as stimulating school-aged children in the care of low-income families to attend courses of an educational form, organized according to the law, pursuant to art. 1, paragraph 2 of Law 277/2010 regarding the allowance for family support, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions.
