The Central Unit or the Territorial Branch for Land Reclamation coordinates the procedural activity regarding the issuance of endorsements in compliance with the legal provisions in force.

The validity period of the endorsement is 24 months, and before the expiration of this period, only one extension of the endorsement can be granted, after a written request (submitted to the issuing ANIF unit, at least 5 days before the expiration of the validity period of the ANIF endorsement for which the extension is requested) and field verification of the request.

The extension of the endorsement will have a different registration number from the ANIF endorsement issuance register and is granted for a maximum period of 12 months; after this date, a further extension of the validity of the endorsement is not possible, and the applicant will have to obtain, under the law, another ANIF endorsement.

ANIF issues the endorsements within 30 days from the submission of the documentation.
