Technical documentation prepared by a certified and authorized person in land improvement works, with the technical solution regarding the protection of land improvement works, where the situation requires it. The documentation/Technical Project will also include the technical solution for the protection of land improvement works and will be mandatorily verified according to the law by a certified project verifier (as applicable). In the case of national roads, expressways, ring roads, highways, it is requested that the technical documentation be endorsed by a certified project verifier in roads and bridges;*

The land register excerpt for information, accompanied by the cadastral plan excerpt, issued by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity no more than 30 days before the date of submitting the documentation (except in the case where the construction authorization is requested for the realization and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of art. 33, para. 2, letter a of Law 138/2004); (except for requests for works provided for in art. 7, para. 14 of Law no. 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, republished); (except for utility investment works of public interest);*

DAJ decision and a copy of the ANIF approval for permanent or temporary removal from the agricultural circuit of lands located outside the built-up areas of the localities, for verifying compliance with the conditions imposed when issuing the approval (if applicable);*
