The land register excerpt for information accompanied by the cadastral plan excerpt, issued by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity no more than 30 days before the date of submission of the documentation, as applicable. (except for cases where the construction permit is requested for the realization and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of art. 33, para.(2, letter a) of Law 138/2004 with subsequent amendments and completions); (except for requests for the works provided in art. 7, para. 14 of Law 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, republished); (except for investment works of public utility)*

The request of the beneficiary or owner, as applicable, specifically mentioning the area, the investment to be made, the CF number, cadastral number and/or topographic number, accompanied by a copy of the identity document.*
