The favorable opportunity notice of the County Council/Local Council for the extension of the built-up area, in the case of lands located outside the built-up area, for which the drafting of a Zonal Urban Plan (P.U.Z.) is requested, and the request for a Detailed Urban Plan (P.U.D.) from the city hall for lands located within the built-up area.*
