Details

The Central Unit or the Territorial Branch of Land Improvement coordinates the procedural activity regarding the issuance of approvals in compliance with the legal provisions in force.

The validity period of the approval is 24 months, before the expiration of this period a single extension of the approval may be granted, upon written request (submitted to the issuing ANIF unit, at least 5 days before the expiration of the validity period of the ANIF approval for which the extension is requested) and after on-site verification.

The extension of the approval will have a different registration number from the ANIF issuance registry and is granted for a maximum period of 12 months, after which a further extension of the validity of the approval is not possible, the applicant having to obtain, in accordance with the law, another ANIF approval.

ANIF issues approvals within 30 days from the submission of the documentation.

Land registry extract for information accompanied by the cadastral plan extract, issued by the cadastral and real estate publicity office no more than 30 days prior to the date of submission of the documentation, (except for the case when the issuance of the construction permit is requested for the implementation and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of art. 33, paragraph (2), letter a) of Law 138/2004 with its subsequent amendments and completions).*
