Details

The Central Unit or the Territorial Branch of Land Improvement coordinates the procedural activity regarding the issuance of approvals in compliance with the legal provisions in force.

The validity period of the approval is 24 months; before the expiry of this period, a single extension of the approval may be granted, after a written request (submitted to the issuing ANIF unit, at least 5 days before the expiry of the validity period of the ANIF approval for which the extension is requested) and after its on-site verification.

The extension of the approval will have a different registration number in the ANIF approvals register and is granted for a maximum period of 12 months; after this date a new extension of the validity of the approval is not possible, the applicant must obtain, in accordance with the law, a new ANIF approval.

ANIF issues approvals within 30 days from the submission of the documentation.
