Technical documentation prepared by a certified and authorized person in land improvement works, with the technical solution regarding the protection of land improvement works, where the situation requires it. The documentation / technical project will also include the technical solution for the protection of land improvement works and will be checked according to the law, obligatorily by a certified project verifier. In the case of national roads, express roads, ring roads, highways, it is required that the technical documentation be approved by a certified project verifier in roads and bridges.*

The land registry excerpt for information accompanied by the cadastral plan excerpt, issued by the Office of Cadastre and Real Estate Publicity no more than 30 days before the date the documentation is submitted, as applicable. (except in the case when the construction permit is requested for the development and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of art. 33, para.(2, letter a) of Law 138/2004 with subsequent amendments and completions); (with the exception of requests for works provided for in art. 7 para 14 of Law 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, republished); (with the exception of public utility investment works)*

Certificate of registration and ascertaining certificate from the trade registry or the document based on which it carries out its activity, in copy, in the case of the beneficiary legal entity.*

The request of the beneficiary or the owner, as applicable, specifically mentioning the area, the investment to be made, CF number, cadastral number and/or topographic number, signature/stamp (legal entities), accompanied by a copy of the identity document.*
