Technical documentation drawn up by a certified and authorized person in land improvement works, with the technical solution regarding the protection of land improvement works, where the situation requires it. The documentation / technical project will also include the technical solution for the protection of land improvement works and will be checked according to the law, obligatorily by a certified project verifier. In the case of national roads, expressways, ring roads, and highways, it is required that the technical documentation be endorsed by a certified project verifier in roads and bridges.*

The land register excerpt for information, accompanied by the cadastral plan excerpt, issued by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity no more than 30 days before the date of submission of the documentation, as applicable. (except in cases where the construction authorization is requested for the realization and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of art. 33, para. (2, letter a) of Law 138/2004 with subsequent amendments and completions); (except for requests for works provided for in art. 7, para. 14 of Law 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works republished); (except for public utility investment works)*

Certificate of registration and certificate of status from the trade register or the document based on which it carries out its activity, in copy, in the case of the beneficiary legal entity.*

The request of the beneficiary or the owner, as applicable, specifically mentioning the area, the investment to be made, CF number, cadastral number and/or topographical number, signature/stamp (legal entities), accompanied by a copy of the identity document.*
