In order to determine the amount of the sanitation fee for household users, citizens who live in an apartment/house must attach to the attached form a copy of the ID for all those living at the respective address, birth certificate (for minors), and a certificate from the homeowners' association (for persons living in an apartment) showing the number of persons.

The calculation of the sanitation fee for individuals is based on the declaration regarding the determination of the sanitation fee for individuals, which must be submitted within 30 days from the date of acquiring the property or from the occurrence of any changes regarding the number of persons living in the property.
