The first agreement will be sent as a copy, in the case where the land is owned by a person other than the owner. The second agreement will be sent as a copy, in the case where the land belongs to the public/private domain of the state and, at the same time, following the notification of the issuance of the approval, when picking it up from the office, the original document will be presented.*
