​All children up to 18 years old are entitled to the state allowance for children. The state allowance for children is also granted to young people who have reached the age of 18 and are attending high school or vocational education courses, organized according to the law, until they finish them. The completed files are transmitted to the Neamț County Agency for Payment and Social Inspection based on a dispatch list.
