Social aid is granted based on an application and a declaration on one's own responsibility, accompanied by supporting documents regarding the composition of the family and the income earned in the month prior to the submission of the application by its members.
Required documents for the file (copies):

– application and declaration on one's own responsibility;

– identity documents of the applicants;

– children's birth certificates;

– marriage certificate or family record book;

– final adoption approval decision, family placement of the minor, according to the law;

– document proving the applicant's status as guardian or curator;

– documents proving that a family member is attending an educational institution;

– documents showing inclusion in the category of persons with severe or accentuated disabilities or grade I or II disability, for dependents;

– certificate attesting that they are registered with the county employment agencies or the Bucharest municipality, for employment and that they have not refused a job or participation in the services for stimulating employment and vocational training provided by these agencies.

-net income earned (the month before the application was submitted) and the supporting documents are those mentioned in the application form (certificates regarding net salary, pension coupons, unemployment aid, state allowance coupon, etc);

In the case of a consensual union (cohabitation), considered a beneficiary family, documents regarding the composition of the family and income for the applicant's partner will also be presented.
