Resolution time: 30 days from the registration of the documentation or 30 days from the transmission by the public utility service operator of the completions requested by A.N.R.S.C.

The documents submitted by the applicant for the modification of the license or the modification of the conditions associated with the license granted for the public utility service/activity, are analyzed by A.N.R.S.C., and if necessary, the regulatory authority sends the applicant a notice informing them of the obligation to make additions, corrections or clarifications, regarding the application and submitted documents, within 15 days from the registration of the documentation.

If, within 30 days from the date of the request for completions, the applicant does not provide all the appropriate documentation required by the regulation, including the requested completions, A.N.R.S.C. will return the related documentation, removing the respective request from the licensing procedure, notifying the applicant of this decision.

Depending on the manner of submission and the complexity of the information contained in the documentation submitted by the applicant, A.N.R.S.C. may decide: a) to summon the authorized representatives of the applicant to the A.N.R.S.C. headquarters, to clarify certain aspects that result/do not result from the documentation provided; b) on-site verification of the accuracy of the data in the documentation submitted by the applicant.

A.N.R.S.C., through the specialized department, prepares a specialized report that includes the justified proposal for the modification of the license or of the conditions associated with the license and which will be presented for review to the Licensing Commission, by the secretary of the commission.

The proposal to modify the license or the conditions associated with the license is subject to vote within the Licensing Commission.

Notification period upon expiration of the resolution time: 5 days from the date of issuance of the order by the president of A.N.R.S.C..
