Resolution time: 15 days from the registration of the documentation or 15 days from the transmission by the public utilities services operator of the completions requested by A.N.R.S.C.

The documents submitted by the applicant for the withdrawal of the license or the withdrawal of the permission to provide/supply the service/activity in an administrative-territorial unit are analyzed by A.N.R.S.C., and if necessary, the regulatory authority sends the applicant a letter informing them of the obligation to make completions, corrections, or clarifications, with reference to the application and the documents submitted, within 5 days from the registration of the documen

If, within 30 days from the date of the request letter for completions, the applicant does not provide all the appropriate documentation required by the regulation, including the requested completions, A.N.R.S.C. will return to the applicant the related documentation, removing the respective request from the procedure for withdrawal of the license or withdrawal of the permission to provide/supply the service/activity in an administrative-territorial unit, communicating this decision to the applicant.

Depending on the manner of submission and the complexity of the information contained in the documentation submitted by the applicant, A.N.R.S.C. may decide: a) to summon, at the headquarters of A.N.R.S.C., the authorized representatives of the applicant to clarify certain aspects that arise/do not arise from the documentation made available; b) to verify, on site, the reality of the data in the documentation submitted by the applicant.

A.N.R.S.C., through the specialized department, prepares a specialized report that includes the justified proposal for the withdrawal of the license or withdrawal of the permission to provide/supply the service/activity in an administrative-territorial unit and which will be presented for analysis to the Licensing Commission, by the secretary of the commission.

The proposal for withdrawal of the license or withdrawal of the permission to provide/supply the service/activity in an administrative-territorial unit is put to the vote within the Licensing Commission.
