Resolution time: 15 days from the registration of the documentation or 15 days from the transmission of the requested additions by the public utility services operator to A.N.R.S.C.

The documents submitted by the applicant for the withdrawal of the license or the withdrawal of the permission to provide/supply the service/activity in an administrative-territorial unit are analyzed by A.N.R.S.C., and if necessary, the regulatory authority sends the applicant an address by which it informs them of the obligation to make additions, corrections or clarifications, regarding the application and the documents submitted, within 5 days from the registration of the documen

If, within 30 days from the date of the request for additions, the applicant does not provide all the appropriate documentation provided by the regulation, including the requested additions, A.N.R.S.C. will return the related documentation, removing the respective request from the procedure for withdrawing the license or the permission to provide/supply the service/activity în an administrative-territorial unit, communicating this decision to the applicant.

Depending on the manner of presentation and the complexity of the information contained in the documentation submitted by the applicant, A.N.R.S.C. may decide: a) convening at the A.N.R.S.C. headquarters the authorized representatives of the applicant, to clarify certain aspects arising/not arising from the documentation made available; b) on-site verification of the reality of the data in the documentation transmitted by the applicant.

A.N.R.S.C., through the specialized department, draws up a specialized report which includes the justified proposal for the withdrawal of the license or the withdrawal of the permission to provide/supply the service/activity în an administrative-territorial unit and which will be submitted for analysis to the Licensing Commission by the commission's secretary.

The proposal for the withdrawal of the license or the withdrawal of the permission to provide/supply the service/activity în an administrative-territorial unit is submitted to a vote within the Licensing Commission.
