Resolution time: 30 days from the registration of the documentation or 30 days from the submission by the public utilities service operator of the completions requested by A.N.R.S.C.

The documents submitted by the applicant for the amendment of the license or the modification of the conditions associated with the license granted for the public utility service/activity are analyzed by A.N.R.S.C., and if necessary, the regulatory authority sends the applicant a letter informing them of the obligation to make additions, corrections, or clarifications, with reference to the request and the documents submitted, within 15 days from the registration of the documentation.

If, within 30 days from the date of the request for additions, the applicant does not provide all the corresponding documentation required by the regulation, including the requested completions, A.N.R.S.C. will return the related documentation and remove the respective request from the licensing procedure, communicating this decision to the applicant.

Depending on the way of presentation and the complexity of the information contained in the documentation submitted by the applicant, A.N.R.S.C. may decide: a) to summon, at the A.N.R.S.C. headquarters, the authorized representatives of the applicant to clarify certain aspects arising/not arising from the documentation provided; b) to verify, on site, the accuracy of the data in the documentation sent by the applicant.

A.N.R.S.C., through the specialized department, prepares a specialized report which includes the justified proposal for amending the license or the conditions associated with the license, which will be submitted for analysis to the Licensing Commission by the secretary of the commission.

The proposal to amend the license or the conditions associated with the license is submitted to a vote within the Licensing Commission.

Notification period upon expiration of the resolution term: 5 days from the issuance of the order by the president of A.N.R.S.C.
